Our People. Our Strength.

We are a dedicated team of fashion specialists, including designers, pattern makers, tailors, cutters, and ironers, backed by an efficient system of quality control, finishing, packaging, merchandising, and marketing expertise.

At Grove’s International, every garment moves through a carefully structured process, designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and uncompromising quality at every stage.

Design & Research

Our design team researches global fashion trends, fabrics, materials, and emerging technologies while staying aligned with local market needs and client expectations. Based on market research and seasonal forecasts, we continuously develop new collections for international markets.

Our showroom exclusively features in-house designs developed in close collaboration with buyers, showcasing over 200 new designs each season. Clients can draw inspiration from our collections or share their own designs, technical packs, and sketches for custom development.

From concept to production-ready garments, our team works closely with clients to bring every idea to life with precision and attention to detail.

Sampling

Fabric Selection

We work with a wide range of woven fabrics including chiffon, cotton, linen, crepe, jacquard, silks, taffetas, yarn-dyed fabrics, soft denim, prints, and more, while also giving clients the option to supply their own fabrics. Our team also assists in selecting prints, embroideries, trims, and applications.

Technical Development

We finalize the desired fit, measurements, and technical data sheets in close discussion with you and your team.

Pattern Making

All technical details are shared with our pattern-making department to create precise paper patterns.

First Sample

The first sample garment is made with all required accessories, prints, embroideries, applications, and finishing details. The sample is sent to you for approval before production begins. This sampling phase is complimentary, with only shipping costs applicable.

Production

Shrinkage Calculation

Once the production department receives the approved patterns, test runs are conducted to calculate fabric shrinkage and washing behavior. Patterns are then adjusted to include wash and shrinkage margins. Repeated testing is carried out until all client requirements are fully met before fabric is laid out.

Industrial Patterns

Our skilled pattern makers first create patterns by hand, which are later digitized through computer systems to minimize errors, optimize fabric consumption, and ensure faster turnaround times.

Cutting

Fabrics are carefully inspected during cutting preparation. Each cut component is individually coded with layer details to ensure accurate color matching and consistency during garment assembly.

Stitching

Every stitching line is supported by both in-line and end-line quality controllers because we believe quality must be built into the production process itself, not inspected only at the end. Our dedicated mechanics configure machines and attachments according to each garment style to achieve the highest production standards and finishing quality.

Finishing

Our wash-house ensures that every garment reaches the customer fresh, clean, and properly finished. The final stages of production are carried out in the ironing and finishing sections, where steam presses or gentle steamers are used depending on the fabric type, followed by a detailed four-step quality control process.

Quality Control

Initial Inspection

1

Garments undergo a basic inspection for common defects such as stains, spots, open stitches, damages, or holes. While every effort is made to prevent defects during production, any remaining issues are identified and corrected at this stage.

Secondary Quality Check

2

A second independent inspection is carried out to ensure all manufacturing and stitching defects have been fully eliminated. Construction details, finishing quality, trims, attachments, and overall garment appearance are carefully reviewed to maintain consistency across the production batch.

Measurement Verification

3

Approved garments are checked against measurement specifications, fit requirements, and technical data sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Each style is verified to match the approved sample and client standards before moving to final packing.

Final Inspection

4

A final quality check is completed before each garment is packed into poly bags for dispatch.
